ProProposal
is a web-based system that automates the repeatable
methodology for proposal development. The entire
proposal phase starting with a client phone call
or a RFI to generating a invoice on job completion
can now be managed with ProProposal.
With all the job functions automated, more time
can now be allocated to writing better proposals.
A built-in client/contact database simplifies the
process of proposal routing.
ProProposal also enables the department estimator
to interact with the system and develop a bid for
the proposal. A total proposal cost is generated
based on the bid items. Apart from the proposal
ProProposal can also be used to issue and monitor
the progress on the job. After the completion of
the Job an invoice can be generated using ProProposal.
With ProProposal managers know exactly what their
priorities are and what are the deliverables that
are expected. The automation process minimizes the
