candidate must have at least four years of experience
in large-scale web based systems programming, preferably
in the B2B, B2C and Portal solution sectors. Full software
development life-cycle experience is preferred. Desired
technical credentials should include object-oriented design
and programming in Java and related software elements.
The candidate must possess excellent communication and
documentation skills. |

Should
have a sound experience in the following technologies:
HTML, XML, XSLT, XSD, JSP, Servlets, JDBC, JMS, Ant, MySQL,
Oracle, Application and Webservers (including Tomcat,
Apache, etc). |

Ability
to architect a software system and build working applications
from discrete re-usable software components with attention
to detail. Ability to understand Requirements/Functional
specifications. |
|
Experience
in packaging applications for remote deployment is mandatory. |
|
Experience
in accounting packages |
|
Knowledge
and experience in EJB preferable |
